1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the an1 platform operating under the domain an1.run, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an an1 platform user, you agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable rules. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the platform:

Account Suspension & Closure
An1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or at the request of a competent authority. In the event of a justified account closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.
Users may also close their own account by contacting an1 customer support. Any outstanding bonus balances or promotional credits that have not met the wagering requirements will not be refunded upon account closure.
Changes to Terms
An1 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
